Summer in the East
After our trip to Toronto we drove across the country with Carrie and Kevin to visit points east. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing trip all-in-all. We spent a few days at the beachhouse, always a great location for photography.
I’d say the beach was a great muse, but can a beach really be a muse? There must be some expression for a location that is constantly fascinating from a creative point of view. In any case, I sure do love this red algae.
I spent a while trying to photograph Jen skipping stones. She is good at it. My efforts, however, are less successful:
All sunrises here are beautiful
The moon through Jen’s dad’s telescope is awesome. Look forward to more photos like these in the future. This is holding my camera up to the eyepiece by hand. (We thought we had the adaptor ring required to actually mount my camera on the telescope, but we did not.) Next time I should be able to get even closer photos… weather permitting. Compare this shot against the ones I took through binoculars.
Can’t get anough of that algae.
