How NOT to portage

Well, what can I say for myself.

This was our first interior trip. We brought just about everything that we would have brought car camping. It was a disaster. I include it here for amusement's sake.

We had the world's heaviest York River 1960s canoe, too many stoves, not quite enough food, and we got started late. We are still speaking to each other, but I learned many valuable lessons that trip.

I'm sure all of us have had an experience like this...
